We publish the latest chart & rates for SIBOR & SOR. Learn to compare 1-month & 3-month SIBOR, 3-month SOR & 3-month COMBO. These rates are updated on the first business day of the month.

Effective 01 January 2014, all tenors of USD and SGD SIBOR will be discontinued and not published on Thomson Reuters. From 1 October 2015, SIBOR and SOR data will be subjected to usage fees, in line with global development on benchmark data usage. In addition, subscribers who receive real-time SIBOR and/or SOR data from a market data vendor will be required to pay end user fees. Hence we can only publish delayed monthly data.

 NAB (National Australia Bank) Singapore offers mortgages for properties located in any areas in Australia only. They are able to offer to Australians residing in Singapore, holders of Australia PR visa, Singapore citizens and Singapore PRs as long as they are not resident tax-payers in Australia. NAB mortgage products offered are pegged to their own COF (cost of funds) in Singapore or Australia dollar.

ANZ Singapore

ANZ Singapore offers mortgages for properties located in Singapore, and Australia only. For Australia properties, they are doing within the catchment area of their approved list in Sydney (NSW), Melbourne (VIC) and Perth (WA). Brisbane (QLD and NT are not in the list.

Their mortgage products offered for Singapore properties range from fixed rates to variable rates pegged to 3M SOR or 3M Combo (Average of 3M SOR + 3M SIBOR). For Australia properties, only variable rates are offered in either 3M AUD COF or 3M SGD COF.
