China Greenland Sells $250 Million Sydney Apartments
In the latest launch of apartments in Sydney CBD, Greenland Holding Group Co., one of the largest Chinese investors in the U.S., sold about A$275 million ($250 million) of apartments at its first Australian project.

News reported that buyers purchased up almost all of the units offered (241 out of 250) in phase 1. Greenland Centre is a 66-floor Sydney tower expected to be the tallest in the city. Sources qouted price per square metre start from estimated A$12,000. The highest priced unit was a 3-bedroom unit on the 55th floor which was sold close to A$4 million. The take up rate was clearly evident of the high interests.
