Bendigo and Adelaide Bank in Australia is formed in 2007 with the merge between Adelaide Bank and Bendigo Bank. It now ranks in the top six banks in Australia by capitalisation. They offer mortgages for residential properties in Australia.

Notes

They have fixed and variable rates. A unique feature is the 100% interest offset even for fixed rates mortgages. For both variable and fixed rate packages, customers can choose to repay weekly, fortnightly or monthly. They offer interest servicing term loan up to 10years with a choice of variable and fixed rate packages. Best of all, choose with offset account to save on interest payment! Redraw feature is available too. Interest-only is an option for up to 10 years.
