St George Bank Australia is one of Australia's leading financial institutions. In 2008, St.George was acquired by the Westpac Group. It offers mortgages for residential and commercial properties in Australia.

St George offers both variable and fixed rates for home loans. They offer to both residents and non-residents of any nationality. Flexibility in variable packages allows interest offset, redraw and repayment and more! Thinking of repaying lower amount every month? Why not choose with interest payment only for up to 10 years?

The mortgage products are available in AUD. One can choose to have interest-only up to 5 years. Fixed and variable rates are available. Redraw feature is also offered. The Advantage Package is very popular as you can save when you package your home loan, credit card and transaction account.

St George in 2016 have withdrawn lending to non-residents seeking residential housing loans.

We have alternative lending optionsif you are an Australia property investor. Our Australia Mortgage Portfolio, have expanded despite the non-resident restrictions.
